Jim Chilton, CEO
Jim Chilton is a San Diego California native, SDSU college athlete alumni. Jim began his early years as a full time teacher/coach at the high school level. With a natural ability for public speaking and interpersonal communication skills, Jim joined the financial services industry in the early 1980’s. After achieving a desirable level of success, Jim felt the need to do more for his community.
In the summer of 1993 Jim founded “SOFA” The Society for Financial Awareness. Since 1993, The Society for Financial Awareness has expanded into a national presence. As financial literacy programs are yet to go main stream “SOFA” will continue to offer and improve its educational services to corporations, companies & city governments.
Jim enjoys riding his bike, reading and spending quality time with his family and friends. Jim’s electrifying personality and passion for coaching allows for Jim to partake in various speaking engagements across the country. Jim intentionally leaves his calendar flexible as he thrives under new and exciting businesses opportunities. Regarding Jim’s future, he will never retire!
Wyatt Proctor, Executive Assistant
Wyatt Proctor is the Assistant to SOFA's CEO Jim Chilton. Wyatt helps coordinate Jim's schedule with clients and potential clients. He also helps SOFA Members connect with Jim. In his spare time Wyatt loves Baseball and spending time with his family.
Chris Ciampoli, Director of Information Technology Services
Rachelle Wolf, COO
Rachelle Wolf is the Chief Operating Officer for SOFA. She started her journey with SOFA in 2012. Rachelle works closely with SOFA’s CEO on all new projects and oversees the operations. While working with SOFA’s partners, she also works with all of the SOFA members and potential members to help them reach their potential and long term goals. In her spare time she loves spending time with her Husband, Family, Friends and dogs.
Ed Roeder, Creative Director
Ed Roeder is the Creative Director for SOFA. He designs promotional and speaking materials. He also edits and designs SOFA's marketing videos. Ed works closely with SOFA's CEO on Marketing projects to bring them to life on paper or online. In his free time he loves spending time with his wife and kids, and art is his passion.
Diana Ciampoli, Director of Membership Services
Diana Ciampoli oversees The Opportunity Program for The Society for Financial Awareness. She helps coordinate events and seminars for SOFA members, at public spaces and companies. Diana also helps all SOFA members with their day to day SOFA needs and inquiries. She loves spending time with her two boys and going to the beach.
Chris Ciampoli oversees web presence for The Society for Financial Awareness. He works with our Creative Director to provide SOFA members both the main, and member sites.
