Meet The Team
Jim Chilton is a San Diego California native, SDSU college athlete alumni. Jim began his early years as a full-time teacher/coach at the high school level. With a natural ability for public speaking and interpersonal communication skills, Jim joined the financial services industry in the early 1980’s. After achieving a desirable level of success, Jim felt the need to do more for his community. In the summer of 1993 Jim founded “SOFA” The Society for Financial Awareness.
Jim enjoys riding his bike, reading and spending quality time with his family and friends. Jim’s electrifying personality and passion for coaching allows for Jim to partake in various speaking engagements across the country. Jim intentionally leaves his calendar flexible as he thrives under new and exciting businesses opportunities. Regarding Jim’s future, he will never retire!
Rachelle Wolf is the Chief Operating Officer for SOFA. She started her journey with SOFA in 2012. Rachelle works closely with SOFA’s CEO on new projects and oversees all Marketing. While working with SOFA’s partners, she also works with all of the SOFA members and potential members to help them reach their potential and long-term goals.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her Husband, Family, Friends and dogs.
Director of Membership Services
Diana Ciampoli is SOFA's Director of Membership Services. She oversees The Opportunity Program; she works with first year Members to achieve their goals. She helps coordinate events and seminars for SOFA members, at public spaces and companies. Diana also helps all SOFA members with their day-to-day SOFA needs and inquiries.
She loves spending time with her two boys and going to the beach.
Executive Assistant to CEO
Jake Elghallab is Jim's personal assistant. He helps Jim with his own Financial Advisory. He helps with SOFA by setting up meetings with Jim and also coordinating his personal schedule.
He loves to stay active by working out, going out with friends, and travel.
