As the CEO of Stone Legacy Capital, Bryant leads the overall strategic direction, growth and strategies of the company. He works to ensure the team delivers a first-class client experience and exceptional value while maintaining regulatory standards and ethical practices. As the firm’s CIO, Bryant manages the day-to-day operations of wealth management, including investment portfolio design and implementation. He is also in charge of overseeing the firm’s compliance function and fiduciary processes.

Bryant has nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to founding Stone Legacy Capital, he served as Chief Investment Officer of Top Rank Advisors, where he was in charge of the firm’s day-to-day wealth management functions. He was also responsible for developing and implementing investment portfolios, ensuring they followed a fiduciary process and remained up to date with market conditions and each client’s current risk assessment. In addition, he implemented systems to guide the firm’s estate planning documents process.

Before its rebranding in 2023, Top Rank Advisors was named Polimeni Tax and Financial Group. Bryant’s roles at Polimeni included serving as National Sales Manager, Managing Partner, and Chief Investment Officer. As the national sales manager, he recruited financial advisors and insurance agents from across the country and trained them on best practices for managing their financial practices. Prior to working at Polimeni Tax and Financial Group, Bryant founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of his own financial services and tax planning practice, SFG Tax Advisors. Before founding SFG Tax Advisors, he owned an insurance agency, Stone Financial Group.

Bryant has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Bloomsburg University. He holds the Chartered Federal Employee Benefit Consultant (ChFEBC℠) designation, maintains Life and Health Insurance licenses, and has passed the FINRA Series 65 exam. Bryant and his wife, Samaneh, are the proud parents of four daughters. In his free time, Bryant enjoys date nights with his wife, poker night with the fellas, working out at the gym, and game nights and trips with his family. Along with his wife and daughters, Bryant attends his local church.
