Skylar Anderson, CFP® brings an uncommon combination of pastoral experience and financial expertise to his work as a financial educator. A proud Oklahoman and Baylor University graduate, Skylar holds both a Master of Divinity and a graduate certificate in financial planning — a pairing that reflects his deep commitment to serving others and his belief that financial wellness is about far more than numbers.

Before entering the financial world, Skylar spent several years helping start churches in North Carolina and Colorado, work that sharpened his ability to connect with people from all walks of life and guide them through life's most meaningful decisions. That same spirit of service now drives his passion for financial education.

Skylar and his wife, Meredith, returned to Oklahoma to put down roots and raise their family close to home. Together they have three sons and are active in their community — Meredith through her volunteer work at church and the boys' schools, and Skylar through his work helping people build stronger financial futures. The household is rounded out by a basset hound and a chocolate lab, which means there's rarely a dull — or quiet — moment. When he's not wrangling kids or dogs, you'll likely find Skylar cheering on the Thunder and the Denver Broncos or tending to a backyard BBQ.
